Old Oaks Vintage Rentals is a unique rental business for weddings and special events.  It may be helpful to read through our list of common questions.  As always, please feel free to contact us with any other questions you may have. We would love to set up a time to meet you!

HOW DO I GET AN ESTIMATE FOR MY EVENT?
We start with a consultation. We invite you and your family or friends to visit the Old Oaks Vintage Rentals showroom. We will discuss your ideas, review your needs and wants and we will then provide a breakdown of all costs for you. Your items and date will be reserved once we receive your deposit.

CAN I MODIFY MY EXISTING RESERVATION?
Of course! We realize that things change. You can make changes on your order through the whole process. Deletion of rental items can be made up until 30 days prior to pick up or delivery, but you can add items until the day of your event. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY CONSULTATION?
Whenever you are ready! It’s very helpful to have your venue and colors finalized before your consultation as it helps everything go well together. We always recommend the sooner the better to ensure your favorite items are available. 

WHAT ARE THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERY + PICKUP?
When booking your rental items, we offer free delivery with a minimum order of $1000. Setup, tear down and/or pick up fees depend on the venue.  A small travel fee is calculated for delivery outside of a 30 mile radius of Fairbury, IL.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
We ask that a 50% deposit on rentals be paid when signing the contract to secure your items. Please make your final payment 30 days prior to pick up or delivery. If any additional needs get added after that, we will gladly bill you after the event.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our deposits are non-refundable.
